Because this happenedto twovehicles. Mine and my mother's. So if i hadnt done all that. Id had to of gone and bought another plate. Which most people probably would have.
I'll drive30miles to the next sos to avoid dealing with those individuals.Surprised i never thought to review the place before.
It's not just one incident,this is numerous.but the main situation that happened wss. I had a vehicle in storage.needed to buy tags.and new plate.they sold me a plate after telling them car was in storage.46days later receive a paperstaying my plate will be cancelled. Sos even admitted it was there fault,but would do nothing for me,and state keeps my money. So after numerous emails and phone calls to the state and Michigan insurance fraud dept. I got an apology and got to keep my plate.but if i hadn't pursued it i would of been out$500.
Worst place I've ever been. Especially the woman in charge there.you would think she owns the place.
