Everyone is great the, the speed of service is great and the temperature of the food is great! BUT, there is no DR. PEPPER!
my 7 year old son burnt his hand on the metal in the bakery area. They were more worried about being sued than how my son was doing. You would expect more empathy in a situation like that.
Its a good place if you are desperate, but its not my first choice. If you are going to use the bottle return, put their number in you phone, that way you can call when the machines malfunction! Believe me, they probably will at some point...or they will need to be emptied.
Prices are too high not enough clerks. The staff they do have are super friendly and helpful. But their prices are way too high as they are the only real supermarket in town.
I have written a lot of negative remarks about Family Fare Supermarket. I think it's only fair to add a few positive remarks. I would like to start with thhe employees. Anytime you work with the public it can be frustrating. Maybe by the time I got there they have taken over their limit of rude customers. Some people can behave beyond the word rude. There does come a time when you can't muster a smile no matter how much you want to. Also, we never know what a person is going through in there personal life. I do know they work hard and labor jobs don't get paid the wages they deserve. So I would like to thank them instead of criticism. My husband goes there at least 3 times a week for his milk, banana's and fresh doughnuts. I only wish they had nutty doughnuts. He gets in and out quickly. He's a morning person and the employees are in better spirits. I'm a late afternoon person and that's why I think they had their fair share of intolerant customers. What I commented on price's and taking advantage due to no composition in the area I stand by.
