I'm writing this to recommend Josh LaLonde for any Job you may have for him and his company. In October of last year (2019) I hired Josh to put a roof on my home. I live in a 22 year old modular. Josh came out and did the job in one day. His crew was polite and worked diligently, cleaning up at the end of the day. My home has 3 skylights. Part of the job was to replace the old skylights. The new ones were nice and made for my home. Unfortunately they leaked. Josh immediately came out and removed the skylights, remade the surface of the roof, and then reinstalled them. The next time it rained, or some odd reason it leaked again. Both Josh and I were miffed as to why. His solution was to buy the top of the line skylights at no charge to me and replace them. During this same incident with the skylights the roof also leaked where my house met the deck I added which has a 12 foot overhang. The roof I built has a slight pitch, probably no more than 7 to 10 inches. I do not believe this leak was any fault of Josh and has crew, but Josh was determined to give me a roof that did not leak. As you know, water seeks it own level, therefor where the roof leaks doesn't necessarily mean that is where the water is getting in. His crew came out several times to fix the leak all at no charge to me. I'm sure it was a frustrating challenge, yet they worked hard to determine how to stop the leak and give me a nice dry roof. I am writing this to say that if you were to hire Josh LaLonde to reroof your home, chances are it would never leak because his crew are professionals, but if it did, you can be sure you hired the right man for the job because Josh will not rest until the job is done right and you are completely satisfied.
