Bad attitude... Didn't want to look it up part over the phone... This is not the first time... Service is non existent. Do your self a favor and go else where.
The associate I worked with at this Auto Value was very friendly and helpful and saved my day. My fiance and I were driving up 75 when our car broke down. We had our leave the car off the interstate and walk the 2.5 mi to this store to get a replacement part. The guy (can't remember his name!) made sure we had the right part by driving to another store to purchase it for us, made sure we weren't overpaying, helped reassemble the part, and drove us back to 75. What could have been a nightmare situation became just a fun story thanks to the help at this store.
